WARNING
Before commencing any exercise program, you should get
your doctor's approval if you answer yes to any of the
following questions:
- Are you more than 20kg overweight?
- Have you been inactive for a long time?
- Do you have a history of heart disease?
- Do you have diabetes or high blood sugar?
- Do you have a family history of heart disease?
- Do you smoke cigarettes or have stopped smoking in the last 2 years?
Beginning your exercise program is easy. The first step
is simply to get more active.
Every time you move, your body uses up calories. The
more times that you move during the day, the more calories
you will burn up.
Remember this simple equation;
more movement = more calories used by the body
Your first goal is to add more 'incidental movement'
to your day. When you have achieved this, add regular
exercise that you enjoy and you can maintain. Walking
is a good choice, as it is inexpensive and easy for
most people to do.
By following the Lite n' Easy formula for Fat Loss,
you will be well on your way to achieving a healthier,
slimmer lifestyle.
Formula For Fat Loss:
HEALTHY EATING + INCIDENTAL MOVEMENT + PLANNED EXERCISE
(e.g. walking)
