We all know a calorie-controlled diet consisting of
a wide variety of foods which are low in fat, is an
important part of healthy living and healthy weight
loss. Your Lite n' Easy meal plan provides all of these
features with food that really does taste delicious.
Combining regular exercise with a healthy eating plan
can improve your energy levels and your overall health.
It will also dramatically improve your results if you
are trying to lose weight.
The Commonwealth Department of Health and Aged Care
has released National Physical Activity Guidelines for
Australians. They are as follows:
- Think of movement as an opportunity, not an inconvenience.
- Be active everyday in as many ways as you can.
- Put together at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity
physical activity on most, preferably all days.
- If you can, also enjoy some regular, vigorous exercise
for extra health and fitness.
