How to Move More!

The most important thing is to start moving, then continue to progressively move more.
Find out how to move more via incidental exercise or planned exercise.
It is best to start slowly particularly if you have not exercised recently so that
you do not burn out before you have begun or get injured.
The long term goal is to make sure that you can sustain a regular exercise
program and get progressively fitter.
A pedometer can help motivate you to be more active and is a great way to
