Plan to move more!
The most important thing is to start moving. Then continue to increase the
amount you move progressively. This increased movement can be in the
form of incidental exercise
or planned exercise
It is best to start slowly particularly if you have not exercised recently so that
you do not burn out before you have begun or get injured.
The long term goal is to make sure that you can sustain a regular exercise
program and get progressively fitter.
