Planned Exercise and Weight Loss

As you progress with your action plan to move more and you need to
accumulate extra steps and extra exercise, you will need to plan some extra
activity in the form of Planned Exercise, especially to assist with weight loss.
Planned Exercise is when you choose to exercise at specific times on
a regular basis. Once your fitness levels can handle it, it is important to
include some planned aerobic exercise on all, if not most days of the week.
