Click here to view the menu. Our food is just ‘regular’ food which has been portion controlled and combined into meals and menus that are nutritionally balanced. The 1200, 1500 & 1800 calorie 7 day plans include 5 serves of vegetables and 2 serves of fruit daily. Your delivery will include fresh fruit and salads, bakery treats, deli goods and a wide range of dinners. We’re all about making our meals as delicious as they are healthy.
We intentionally label our salads and fresh components with use-by dates that correspond with the assigned day from your menu. The use-by date is usually the day after or day of consumption, while it is fresh and has optimal nutritional quality. The dinner meals are labelled with a used by date 1 year from when it is produced at our frozen food facility.
Most customers use the microwave for convenience, but the dinner meals in paperboard trays are also suitable for convection ovens. After heating, we recommend serving your meal onto a dinner plate. Some of the breakfast items and lunch snacks can be heated or prepared in a toaster or flat grill.
All of our dinner meals are in ovenable paperboard trays. You can find the instructions for a conventional oven on the base of the tray. A lot of the lunches and breakfasts can be heated using a sandwich toaster. For breakfasts and lunches that come in plastic trays, simply transfer them into an ovenable tray to heat.
You can add extra non starchy vegetables to the program. Non starchy vegetables are lettuce, tomato, cucumber, capsicum, zucchini, cauliflower,
broccoli, green beans, mushrooms, carrot and celery.
Our meal plans are based on the “total” amount of energy consumed throughout the day. If it suits you to eat your main meal at lunch time and your lunch meal in the evening, it’s ok.
Milk is a very nutritious food that is included for its protein and calcium content, which is essential for bone health. Dairy calcium is thought to assist weight loss. If you don’t drink milk, you will need an alternative source of calcium.

Most people report that they are amazed that they do not feel hungry. Our meals are specifically designed by our team of Dietitians to fill you up and keep you satisfied. Remember to drink plenty of water.
However, some people find that it takes a little while for their stomachs to adjust to the smaller portions. If you are still feeling hungry after 4 weeks though, it may be worth considering either adding an extra vegetables or a piece of fruit, or changing to a higher calorie meal plan.

If weight loss is your goal, alcohol should be avoided. If you choose to drink alcohol, the Australian guidelines recommend having at least two alcohol free days, and on the days you do chose to drink to limit your intake to two standard drinks. On the days you plan to drink, adding in extra exercise can help to offset the calories of the alcohol.
