Lite n' Easy offers a 100% money back guarantee if you are not absolutely delighted with your first delivery. Simply write to us within 7 days of receiving your first delivery, stating why you aren't happy, and we will refund the cost of your first delivery in full.

All other requests for credits/refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis and must be made over the phone by calling 13 15 12.
