What goes into our meals

What goes into ever Lite n' Easy meal is exactly the same as you would prepare at home, with only the best quality ingredients and fresh vegetable being used.

The meals are prepared in kitchens where vegetables are delivered fresh daily. They are hand cut, blanched, then added to the meals and snap frozen  to ensure quality and preserve the nutrition.

There are no preservatives used in the Lite n' Easy Kitchens.

Every morning our management team meet to taste and evaluate all the meals prepared the day before. This daily quality check is another way we continue to ensure you get the highest quality meals.
