How are the meal plans developed?

Lite n' easy has developed a range of meal pans for you to choose from. Depending on your goals you can choose between the 1200, 
1500 or 1800 calorie
menus. On the full meal plans you are provided with:

Breakfast  /  Morning Tea  /  Lunch  /  Afternoon Tea  /  Dinner

Formulated to promote fat loss, the menus are nutritionally balanced and calorie controlled, with plenty of nutrient dense foods that are low in fat - particularly saturated fat.

The menu structure ensures you have plenty of food spread throughout the day so you won't be left feeling hungry. The meal plans also offer a practical learning model that teaches portion control and encourages healthy eating habits which can be easily replicated to help you keep the weight off for good.
