Aaron regains his fab abs! 

It was a trip to Thailand and an innocent comment from a friend about Aaron’s “love handles” that urged him to make the call to Lite n’ Easy.

Up until then Aaron says “I had always been active and ate virtually whatever I wanted. But when I hit 30, I gradually started to gain some flab around the middle that made me feel really uncomfortable, especially in bathers”.

Being a swimmer, Aaron increased his exercise and hit the gym but it wasn’t until he changed his eating habits with the help of Lite n’ Easy that he started to lose weight.

Aaron lost 8 kilos and was even more surprised by the dramatic change to his shape, losing 8-10cm off his waist and banishing those dreaded love handles for good.
