Julie unleashes her Pocket Rocket Power!

Meet Julie Reid, a petite, quietly spoken 54 year old Melbourne mother and grandmother.

"In December 2007 I looked in the mirror and had my "moment" when I didn't like what I saw.  I had a gym membership for 7 years and I just couldn't shift the excess weight.  I needed to do something about my middle age spread and I was determined not to let age or hormones stop me from achieving my goal" Julie states emphatically.

"I loved the idea of my meals being cooked for me and delivered to my door with someone else looking after the portion size" Julie says.

"Since my weight loss I now have the confidence to try new things I never would have done before.  I can go to the swimming pool and sit and relax in the spa and I am even looking at a career change to go into interior design."
