Before Lite n’ Easy I know I wasn’t that big, but for me I felt uncomfortable and I wanted to lose the extra weight.

My sister had been on Lite n’ Easy with huge success so I wanted to give it a try. I had never really been on a diet before so I didn’t really know what to expect or how I would cope.

I ordered the 1200 Calorie 7 Day Meal Plan to start with and my husband supported me by ordering the dinners too, so we could still eat together at night.

We absolutely loved the food and the variety was great

After about 8 weeks I was getting comments about how good I looked and was asked what I was doing. I proudly told them Lite n’ Easy!

I reached my goal weight within 12 weeks, dropping from 62 kilos down to 55 kilos.

Now I am continuing with the 5 Day Meal Plan so I can eat other things on the weekend and still maintain my weight.

Lite n’ Easy has been fantastic because it has allowed me to have so much more free time. I don’t have to come home from work then prepare and cook a meal each night. Being on Lite n’ Easy has also shown me that I did not have a very balanced diet before, nor was I eating enough.

These days the biggest decision we have to make is, which delicious dinner meal we’re going to have.

I not only look better on the outside, I also feel better on the inside. I feel fabulous about myself and my dog even gets to go for a walk!
