In January I was feeling heavy and sluggish, with no energy. I was turning 50 in April and felt I needed to do something to kickstart some weight loss. It was now or never!
I had tried Lite n’ Easy 20 years ago when I was 30 and enjoyed it, so I thought I’d give it another try. I was totally amazed at how appetising the food had become and how much I enjoyed the meals.
I started by ordering Lite n’ Easy Jump Start and I was hooked from the first week.
In just 4 months I dropped 6 kilos which was my goal! I started feeling great, had more mental clarity at work and felt more energised.
Then I progressed to the 1200 Calorie Meal Plan for healthy weight maintenance. I now order the breakfast, lunch and dinner and look forward to each meal. I haven’t ordered any meals I don’t like and absolutely love the desserts which I order every week.
I also bought a treadmill at the same time and do 20 mins of walking every day. I have never exercised in my life and was enjoying seeing the results.
