I have been an avid user of Lite n’ Easy on and off for many years. But I never really did it as part of a complete lifestyle change, and so did not achieve the lasting success I was aiming for.

Being 65, I decided if I didn’t change my lifestyle now, I would continue to gain weight.

I needed to make other choices and set on a path to make significant change. Giving up alcohol was my first requirement, secondly having my mind in the right mindset and thirdly making time for daily exercise.

Having a few health issues in the year prior, this became a trigger to re-think my situation and make some positive changes. I sought the help of a hypnotherapist to strengthen my resolve.

Lite n’ Easy was a good solution to control my dietary intake.

As I live on my own, it gave me the variety and balance in my diet that I needed. The 1200 Meal Plan was my choice, and I didn’t find the need to deviate from the meal selection provided. It was so good!

One of my favourite dinners is the Steak Diane with the delicious sauce. The Everyday Christmas Dinner I select each week, as well as the Green Curry –  YUM! I enjoy the wide variety of breakfast and lunch choices which are always nourishing and filling.

Working full time, no shopping required, no wastage and having the kilojoules controlled in the delivery each week is a real bonus.

I lost 15 kilos in 10 months, and I intend to continue with the Lite n’ Easy eating plan whilst allowing myself to enjoy eating out with family and friends here and there.

Prior to losing the weight I lacked motivation, energy and inspiration. During the weight loss period I had more energy for regular exercise which consisted of an average of between 10,000 and 13,000 steps per day, usually with my pugs.

I always encourage friends and colleagues to give it a try seeing I have been so happy with the results.
