My parents both had health scares which motivated me to better manage my weight.

I am a teacher, so I started by aiming to stick to the Lite n’ Easy food plan for term blocks.

I ordered the 1500 Calorie 7 Day Meal Plan, the terms grew into semesters and a year later I had lost 46 kilos – the last 15 kilos since Covid hit.

As I lost weight, I added in regular exercise and going to the gym.

I am now up to 3-4 sessions gym per week as well as park walks and runs with family and friends on the weekends.

I feel great and my success has inspired others to get onto Lite n’ Easy too!

I have reached a point where I want to maintain rather than lose more weight. I have been focussing on “non-scale victories” rather than weight goals, such as learning how to do stand-up paddle boarding!

I still order Lite n’ Easy lunches to take to work for convenience and to assist with weight maintenance.
