I had put on 9 kilos before I started Lite n’ Easy and I felt bloated and sluggish.

In 2019 I broke my toe and could not exercise and then I went to the United Kingdom as my mum passed away and I found myself overeating. In 2020 Covid 19 hit and all my dancing and exercise came to a grinding halt. However, the chocolate consumption didn’t stop!

I chose the Lite n’ Easy 5 Day Lunch & Dinner Meal Plan. Convenience was a big plus for me also as I’m not much of a chef. I’d rather be dancing than cooking to be honest. The Lite n’ Easy App helped me keep on track and the BMI info supplied there was very useful. What I love about Lite n’ Easy is that it is still very tasty and the portions for me are fine. I especially love the dinners.

My start weight was 67 kilos (my heaviest ever) and my weight now after 5 months is 59 kilos.

I have felt so much lighter and less bloated as I choose the protein rich meals that works very well for me. Plus, a bit of discipline…My energy levels and self-confidence has improved 10-fold in the last 5 months. Exercise has helped to a point, but it is really the discipline around eating that worked for me.

I have every intention of sticking with Lite n’ Easy in the future as I really like the food.

I feel so much better now I am at the weight again that I was 5 years ago. I love Lite n’ Easy so much that even though my salary has been cut by 50% due to Covid, I still make Lite n’ Easy my priority.
