As a busy flight attendant doing shift work, I found myself becoming very run down as I was unable to stick to a healthy eating regime. My first year of flying was when I gained most of my weight as I would look for food options that were convenient, easy and available at the time. So I mostly ate takeaway or aircraft food that didn’t fuel my body and replenish it with the energy I needed.
I became very unhappy and self-conscious and started to withdraw from social activities with friends and family not just because of my flagging energy levels but because I didn’t want people to see the “bigger” me.
With 2019 approaching I made it my New Year’s resolution to stop neglecting my body and health and start taking care myself, one day at a time.
I had tried different options but the variety and convenience of Lite n’ Easy is what made me choose them. The menu changing every couple of months and also the fact it is so fresh, healthy and nutritious were also important factors.
I originally started with 1500 Calorie 7 Day Meal Plan then over time I boosted up to 1800 calories when I incorporated more exercise into my weekly schedule.
