As a busy flight attendant doing shift work, I found it difficult to stick to healthy eating. My first year of flying was when I gained most of my weight and I became very run down and self-conscious.
I made it my 2019 New Year’s resolution to stop neglecting my body and start taking care of myself.
I chose Lite n’ Easy because it was home delivered with lots of variety to choose from. The fact it is so fresh, healthy and delicious were also important factors in helping me choose. You get little treats like cakes and cookies as well as all these nutritious meals, and I think that’s what made it easier to stick to Lite n’ Easy.
I chose the 1500 Calorie Meal plan and I lost weight almost immediately. I noticed an increase in my energy levels so I joined the gym. Over time I boosted up to the 1800 Calories Meal Plan when I incorporated more exercise into my weekly schedule. It was a win-win situation as combining the two helped me achieve my weight loss goals a lot quicker and I now love exercising.
I’m 15 kilos lighter and my lifestyle had improved in every way.
I am much healthier and happier now. I’m even more outgoing. I have so much more confidence and I look forward to my time off to socialise with friends and family.
The results were even better than what I expected.
