Up until 18 months ago I had been the same weight for 10 years. I am a group fitness instructor who is very active and eats well.
But I went through menopause early and as a result gained 10 kilos!
I tried upping my exercise which was hard as I exercise 5 days out of 7 and I cut back on treats, but the weight refused to budge. My daughter successfully lost 20 kilos in just 5 months with Lite n’ Easy, so I decided to try it for myself.
I went with the 1200 Calorie Meal Plan and the weight loss started right away. One kilo per week consistently and 12 weeks later I was 12 kilos down and reached my goal. Simple! I am able to maintain my rigorous exercise routine with ease because I feel less bloated, I have more energy and generally feel much better about myself.
After losing the weight I was enjoying the convenience and taste of the meals so much I have stayed with the program.
I’m now on the 1500 Calorie Meal Plan to maintain and couldn’t be happier. I know exactly how many calories I am consuming and I love the choices on the menu!
I had all but given up hope of returning to my athletic figure of my early 40’s, so I am beyond thrilled to know with Lite n’ Easy and my regular exercise routine I can continue to look and feel fit beyond my years.

Kylie’s udpate – June 2020
I’m doing really well in isolation due to COVID-19. I am in Melbourne so we have stayed on tighter restrictions longer than some other states. Since May I switched to Lite n’ Easy’s 1200 Calorie Menu as the gym is closed I’m not teaching as many classes. Good news is I have dropped another 4 kilos! Working out at home and keeping active has really helped me to stay positive at this time.
