Before I started Lite n’ Easy I was diagnosed with multiple health problems including Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Hashimoto’s Disease and Hypothyroidism. I was told by my Endocrinologist that I would not be able to lose weight without the assistance of injectable weight loss medication. That was not something I was willing to try, so I attempted to lose weight on my own with very little success. I would lose a few kilograms then put them back on just as quickly. I was self-conscious, insecure, lethargic and really unhappy. None of my clothes fit me anymore.

I decided it was time to make an investment in my health and my future and signed up to Lite n’ Easy.

I chose Lite n’ Easy due to its convenience, affordability and vast variety of options. The Jump Start program was the best way to kick-start my weight loss journey and a nice little way to speed things up midway through my journey too. I have been on the 1500 Calorie Meal Plan for about 8 months now and I can’t express how much it has changed my life and helped me regain my confidence.

The food is delicious and my personal favourites are the Pesto Fettuccine and Spaghetti Carbonara.

I have now lost over 21 kilos in the space of eight months and I feel incredible.

I have started running again, going to the gym most days, walking and hiking with my partner. These are all things that I used to enjoy before I put on over 20 kilos in the past couple of years.

At the end of 2020 I began a 16 week training program to prepare myself for my first full marathon, a long held dream. I can’t even begin to describe how proud and happy I am that I have FINALLY achieved this goal, completing the Brimbank Park Trail Run of 42.2km and gaining 3rd Place! Now I can finally tick that off the bucket list!

Even though I have nearly reached my weight loss goal, I still plan to continue on with Lite n’ Easy due to its convenience and great value for money.

It feels amazing to be back to my old self and I have Lite n’ Easy to thank for that.
