I decided to use Lite n’ Easy purely from a convenience perspective.

It was just after the Christmas break, I was doing back-to-back meetings working from home and not having anything at home readily available to throw together in 5 minutes. I had also started triathlon training again.

I wanted more time in my day for work and training, without the hassle of worrying about food prep.

There were quite a few other meal delivery options around, but I couldn’t find any that considered breakfast, lunch and dinner and focussed on good nutrition. Knowing that Lite n’ Easy meal plans have been put together by dietitians who understand what our bodies need makes me feel really comfortable with my choice.

I cannot believe how delicious the food is – I just wasn’t expecting it to be so good!

I love love love Lite n’ Easy breakfasts! I always select the cereal, toast and fruit options and I just love having the variety in my breakfast. All of the snacks are amazing, coming from a self-confessed snackaholic. Everything from the fruit cups, muesli bars, slice, cakes etc are all delicious. For dinners I tend to go with the pastas and they are delicious too, especially the Spaghetti Bolognaise and the Spinach and Ricotta Tortelloni.

My life has changed for the better because I don’t feel stressed anymore about food shopping and preparation.

I can take a quick break in between meetings to heat something up or literally finish work, go for a run and then jump in the shower while my dinner is heating up in the microwave!

I have more time back in my day to spend on things I’d rather be doing.  I only wish I had have started this sooner!
