Before Lite n’ Easy I had almost given up on the idea of losing the weight I had gained during menopause and just put it down to hormones.
At 73 kilos I had no energy and had lost my confidence.
I knew I had to get serious about changing my eating and lifestyle habits, but I was stuck in the daily cycle of feeling bad about myself and my weight. I was eating the wrong foods to feel better and had no energy or motivation to exercise. I’m a psychologist who works from home and I spend much of the day sitting, so I was living a fairly sedentary life.
I started Lite n’ Easy in September 2019 and in 5 months I’d lost a whopping 13 kilos.
I ordered the 1200 Calorie 7 Day Meal Plan including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks and I never went hungry. The program was excellent as it helped me to change my eating habits and taught me about good nutrition and serving size.
Lite n’ Easy make everything so easy.
I don’t have to think about shopping, meal preparation or cooking. The food is healthy and delicious and there is so much to choose from.
I recently bought myself a new pair of pants and was so excited to discover I was back to wearing a size 8. I’ve lost 3 dress sizes and am back down to my pre-menopausal weight of 60 kg. Now I look slim, healthy, feel energised and I have a new positive outlook about life. I feel 50 again!
I plan to continue Lite n’ Easy to maintain the new me.
Update from Veronica – April 2020
As result of the COVID-19 I am now registered to provide my service via the government’s new ‘TeleHealth’ system, so my clients can access my services via video conferencing. Lite n’ Easy is even more essential to me now so I can maintain my health to keep working efficiently from home and minimise the number of times I have to go out. In addition, my husband is in his 70’s and he’s now on Lite n’ Easy as well. Thank you!
