I started my journey in the middle of April 2019, and I was 117.8kg with a BMI of 36.2, which is in the obese category. My lifestyle back then was very unhealthy. I was eating fast food and drinking sugary drinks every day, and I was always feeling tired. I was always the fat kid being bullied in school.
Five months later and I now I weigh 84.7 kilos with a healthy BMI of 24.8, so I have lost around 33 kilos!
Lite n’ Easy has truly helped me with my weight loss as I don’t have to worry about counting calories or buying groceries. It’s just so convenient, and I can’t believe it’s a diet since there is just so much food! I started with the 1800 Calorie 7 Day Meal Plan then I reduced back to the 1500 Calorie Meal Plan.
I do lots of different workouts, up to 5 times a week with a mix of swimming, outdoor running and gym. I aim to burn 500 calories every session, and I also aim to close all my fitness rings on my Apple Watch.
I used to struggle even going for a walk now I can do a 5 km run with ease.
In combination with Lite n’ Easy I also do 16:8 fasting, so I would eat during 9:30am – 5:30pm and fast (only drinking water) for rest of the night.
I’m a lot more self-confident socially. I sleep better, my resting heart rate has dropped, and I look a lot younger! This is a brand new me, and I’ve said goodbye to the old me! I’ve learned so much about myself. I’ve learned that when I put my mind to something and have a good enough reason, I can achieve anything.
