You simply order your meals week to week, and you can move in and out of different Meal Plans each week.

Regular Full Meal Plans
Lite n’ Easy’s regular full meal plans are designed specifically for weight loss but can also be used just for the convenience. If you started your weight loss journey on a Jump Start plan, we recommend you transition to a regular full meal plan after your first 2 weeks.
Regular full meal plans are available as 1200, 1500 or 1800 calorie 5 or 7 day plans. Your weekly delivery will include everything you need for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks each day.
Dinners Only
Dinner only options are great for busy people wanting a healthier and more convenient alternative on the nights they don’t have time to cook. With over 45 dinners to choose from, there is something for everyone.
