Ashleigh holds a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics from Griffith University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Queensland. A passionate foodie, Ashleigh has been building menus and involved with new product development at Lite n’ Easy since 2015. |
Tony Ng |
Tony Ng is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics with first-class honours from the University of Wollongong and an Associate Degree in Computer Studies from the City University of Hong Kong. Tony has varied professional experience, including using his dietetics and computer science skills to develop nutrition software. He has a keen interest in food composition, data analytics and product labelling. Tony has been working as a dietitian since 2009, and oversees nutrition labelling, nutrient analysis and data insight at Lite n’ Easy. |
Larissa Robbins |
Larissa Robbins is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition and Dietetics) from the Queensland University of Technology. She has extensive experience working across Australia and the UK in the food industry, corporate health, hospitals and private practice. Larissa has been working as a dietitian since 2011. She plays a vital role in nutrition training and development at Lite n’ Easy. |
Fleur Lesslie |
Fleur Lesslie, a dietitian since 2018 holding a Bachelor’s in Nutrition & Dietetics from Griffith University, has garnered extensive experience across private practice, research and development, and menu creation. Driven by a passion for culinary nutrition and chronic disease prevention, Fleur advocates for practical and enjoyable approaches to healthy eating both personally and professionally. At Lite n’ Easy, she is responsible for menu development, helps drive product innovation, and collaborates on new product education. |
Sarah Cinar |
Sarah Cinar is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a Bachelor of Nutrition Science and a Master of Dietetics from Monash University. Since joining Lite n’ Easy in 2021, she has seamlessly integrated her passion for food and culture into her role. Sarah champions a balanced and enjoyable approach to nutrition. She actively contributes to labelling, new product development, and product education, playing a pivotal role in enhancing Lite n’ Easy’s commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle. |
Melissa Holloway |
Melissa Holloway is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a Bachelor of Biomedical Science from Victoria University of Wellington and a Master of Science (Dietetics) from Victoria University, Melbourne. She has extensive experience working in food service across various industries, including aged care, hospitals, and for elite sports at the Australian Institute of Sport. Melissa has been working as a dietitian since 2013 and oversees seasonal menu development and nutrition innovation at Lite n’ Easy. |
Dr. Suzanne Pearson |
Suzanne Pearson is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a PhD in Nutrition, a Master of Nutrition & Dietetics, a Graduate Certificate in Yoga Therapy and Certificates III and IV in Fitness. She has extensive experience working across clinical, pharmaceutical, food and wellbeing industries. With a naturally inquisitive mind, she continues to pursue additional studies to keep abreast of current research and update her skills to best support those she works with. |
Bell Silverthorne |
Bell Silverthorne has completed a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology and a Graduate Certificate in Lifestyle Medicine. She has nearly 15 years of experience facilitating positive behaviour change within corporate health. Bell believes the small decisions we make should be celebrated. Whether it’s prioritising exercise, increasing your veggie intake or doing something good for our headspace. Harnessing these good habits gives you a healthier, happier version of yourself. It also helps to prevent, manage and even reverse chronic disease. Bell follows evidence-based best practice principles and has been the Senior Wellbeing Advisor with Lite n’ Easy since 2016. |

Brett Johnston is an accomplished Product Development Chef with over 19 years of experience in delivering products and processes that push the boundaries of traditional food manufacturing. After starting in the restaurant trade, he successfully transitioned into large scale commercial food manufacturing representing the hospitality, food service, retail and airline sectors. Combining his creative talent and passion for the culinary arts, Brett leads the team of development chefs to create eating experiences that are delicious and healthy. |
David Hunter |
David Hunter has over 45 years of experience working professionally in the restaurant industry. He followed his passion for healthy food and nutrition by immigrating to Australia from the UK in 1996 to take up an Executive Chef position at a leading health retreat. This role allowed him to promote a healthy lifestyle to the guests through culinary experiences and nutritional education. David joined Lite n Easy in 2016, utilising his creative skills to further his passion for the ultimate healthy eating experience. |
Matthew Wood |
Matthew is a highly skilled professional chef who has spent over twenty-five years working across all sectors of hospitality. His resume includes stints in several renowned fine dining restaurants, as well as extensive experience managing the kitchens of 5-star hotels. He made the move into product development by initially working for a well-known ingredient manufacturer and flavour house, creating food concepts for some of Australia’s most loved and established retail brands. As an active individual, Matthew is passionate about eating well and living a healthy life. He now combines his interests and culinary background by crafting nutritious and delicious meals in the development kitchen at Lite n’ Easy. |

Nathaniel Moffat is a qualified chef and food technology graduate, combining 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Queensland. He understands that a healthy lifestyle is founded on a balanced diet and is passionate about creating dishes that are both flavourful and nutritious. Nathaniel joined the concept development team at Lite n’ Easy in 2023. |
