How does the Jump Start meal plan work?
On Jump Start your first two weeks of Lite n’ Easy combines 5 days of normal eating with 2 days of fasting. On the fasting days, your breakfast and morning snack are removed.
Each week on Jump Start your meal plan will include 7 Dinners + 7 Lunches & Snacks + 5 Breakfasts & Snacks. Depending on which Jump Start pack you choose, this combination reduces your weekly calorie intake by approximately 600 to 800 calories compared to the normal 7 Day Full Meal Plans and gives your body additional time to burn calories on the fasting days.
Once you’ve set up your account, simply start your first order and select from one of the 2 Jump Start pack options:
- Jump Start Standard (based on our normal 1200 Calorie Plan)
- Jump Start Extra (based on our normal 1500 Calorie Plan)
You can then select your 7 lunch and dinner choices for each day, and choose the 2 days you would prefer as your fasting days before selecting 5 breakfasts.
