Regular Full Meal Plans
Lite n’ Easy’s regular full meal plans are designed for weight loss but are also ideal if you’re just looking for a delicious, convenient meal solution to save time and improve your health. If you started your weight loss journey on a Jump Start plan, we recommend you transition to a regular full meal plan after your first 2 weeks.
Regular full meal plans are available as 1200, 1500 or 1800 calorie 5 or 7 day plans. Your weekly delivery will include everything you need for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks each day.
Dinner only options are great for busy people wanting a healthier and more convenient alternative on the nights they don’t have time to cook. With over 45 dinners to choose from, there is something for everyone.
