We got back from holidays in January and I was turning 50 in April, so I felt I needed to do something to kickstart my weight loss.
The weight started shifting straight away, 1 kilo each week. Within a month, I’d lost four kilos. In just 16 weeks, I dropped 7 kilos which was my goal! I started feeling great, had more mental clarity at work and felt more energised.

I have now progressed to the Lite 7 Day Meal Plan for healthy weight maintenance. I order breakfast, lunch and dinner and look forward to each meal.
I also bought a treadmill at the same time and did 20 mins of walking every day. I had never exercised in my life and was enjoying seeing the results. My family and friends commented all the time. They think my exercise and weight loss are awesome, which is a great motivator
