I was constantly on the go, juggling responsibilities, and finding myself reaching for the wrong foods out of sheer convenience. I wasn’t eating well, the weight was creeping on, and I simply didn’t have the time or energy to plan, shop, and prep healthy meals.
I’d tried other diets before, but none of them stuck. Meal prep always ended up being too time-consuming. Lite n’ Easy was different. The convenience alone made a huge difference. I started on the full 3-meals-a-day plan, and I was thrilled to see the results. I’ve also lost 6 kilos and I feel so much better in myself.
Now, I mix things up depending on my week. I teach swimming all year round, but summer is especially busy, so I tend to order Lunches and Dinners then. In winter, I shift to Breakfasts and Dinners instead.
One of the biggest reasons I stuck with Lite n’ Easy was the boost in confidence. Knowing I was fuelling my body with nutritious meals made me feel empowered. And best of all? There’s no food waste, which always happened when I did a normal grocery shop.
It’s helped me find balance, without sacrificing my health. Outside of work, I’m a proud mum of three adult children and grandmother to five beautiful grandkids. I love watching them play football and netball on weekends. In my spare time, you’ll find me out rowing, kayaking, swimming, or walking with my Friday walking group.
