I was chatting to a friend who was looking great after being on Lite n’ Easy for weight loss. I had tried quite a few different weight loss programs, so was a little sceptical. I need to mention that I am active, and always have been. My exercise didn’t really change that much from before to after, I just felt better and healthier when exercising after losing my weight. It is easier to get out and be active when you are healthy.

I did start to let some of my old habits back in after a while, but a quick switch back to Lite n’ Easy for a few weeks got me back on track, which is where I am at now.
