Before Lite n' Easy, I was always mild to moderately overweight. Then when the pandemic hit in 2020 and there were extended lockdowns in my home state of Victoria, my weight and self-confidence spiralled out of control. Once things opened up again, Mum and I went on a cruise. When I looked at those cruise photos, that moment really pushed me to take the first step towards a healthier version of myself.

My mum actually recommended Lite n' Easy to me as she had tried it years ago and found it helpful. I don’t eat breakfast, so I just started ordering Lite n’ Easy for lunch and dinner, seven days a week. I usually mix it up between the frozen Dinners, My Choice and Everyday Value Meals, as well as sometimes adding Lite n’ Easy soups and desserts. Even though I live in a rural area and can only get the frozen meals delivered, it’s never been a problem. The meals are still tasty, filling, and feel like something homemade.
I've gone from 111 kilos down to 71 kilos and that has made a huge difference not just in how I look, but also how I feel every day.
