I first heard about Lite n’ Easy from my friend Lionel, who lives in the same village. He had good success with it and thought it might help me too.
I wanted to lose a bit of weight so I could maintain my mobility, keep up with my travels and stay as active as possible. I live on my own in a senior’s village and it just made sense to give Lite n’ Easy a try, much better than having to cook for one every night. I started with the full meal plan and ended up losing 10 kilos. My weight does fluctuate a bit, but having Lite n’ Easy helps me keep it under control.
The My Choice dinners are completely adequate for senior appetites, and I really enjoy them. I’ve found the convenience to be the biggest bonus. I don’t have to fuss about shopping or cooking much, and there’s no waste either. I’ve always been independent, and Lite n’ Easy makes it easier to stay that way. It suits my lifestyle beautifully, especially with my swimming, walking and little bit of exercise I do at home.
I have no issues with blood pressure, cholesterol or blood sugars and I credit that to keeping busy and eating right. Last year I went on a trip to the UK with a couple of my grandkids. I’ve got six altogether! My daughter lives close by and and my son’s moving back from New Zealand soon, so it’ll be wonderful to have the family around. I used to be on stage back in Wales and I still enjoy a good laugh and getting involved in things around the village.
