In early 2017 my wife Bunty of 41 years, was diagnosed with suspected dementia which was a terrible shock for the family. In 2018 this was confirmed as Alzheimer’s. By 2019 the disease had advanced, and my role took up a new status of being her full-time carer.
One of my new duties was to cook for both of us. Having only ever cooked on a campfire or BBQ, the thought of trying to dream up different meals daily, shop for the ingredients and then heaven forbid, cook it all and present it looking appetising, was way beyond my culinary capabilities.
After many vain attempts at trying to improve this outcome, my children suggested I look at ordering Lite n' Easy.

It was a no brainer for me and improved our lives enormously as I could focus my attention on more pressing matters. I know from my carer’s groups, there are many people out there, struggling with similar issues, and needing the help to get through difficult times.
