These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the Lite n’ Easy website, mobile app and related services (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Lite n’ Easy
The Services are operated by Lite n’ Easy Pty Ltd ACN 010 655 820 and its related bodies corporate (as that term is defined in section 50 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) (“Lite n’ Easy”, “we”,“our”, and “us”).
2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order using the Services.
You agree that you will:

• use the Services only for lawful purposes
• not interfere with, disrupt, or misuse the Services
• not attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
• not misuse promotions, discounts, or offers
• do anything that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Website, or interferes or disrupts the Website or any network or website connected to the Website
• breach the security of the Website, test or scan the vulnerability of the Website, or make any unauthorised modifications to the Website
• interfere with any other persons use or enjoyment of the Website
• frame or embed in another website any of the material appearing on this Site without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or engaged in unlawful or improper conduct.

You are responsible for:

• all activity conducted through your account
• promptly notifying us of any unauthorised access or use
We may refuse, suspend, or cancel accounts at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
4. Orders
4.1 Placing Orders
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products. An order is accepted once we confirm it (for example, via email, SMS, or account confirmation).
We may cancel or refuse orders due to:
• product unavailability
• delivery limitations
• pricing or typographical errors
• suspected fraud or unauthorised activity
4.2 Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be changed or cancelled up to the cut-off time for your delivery address. Changes or cancellations requested after the cut-off time may not be accepted and may not be eligible for a refund.
4.3 Product Availability
Menus, meals, ingredients, and delivery areas may change from time to time. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific product.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Any delivery fees or additional charges will be clearly shown at checkout.
By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the payment method you provide. We may update prices from time to time, but price changes will not affect confirmed orders.
If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund or apply a credit to your account for any amount paid.
Where purchases are made through these Services under separate and pre-agreed contracts, charges will not exceed prices displayed but not all discounts / contractual details will be displayed.
Credit cards will almost always be charged prior to delivery but may not be charged when the order is placed: if your bank declines the credit card charge, your order may be cancelled.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery Details
You are responsible for ensuring delivery information is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
6.2 Delivery Timing
There are no set delivery times. Deliveries may occur at any time during the day on your selected delivery day.
6.3 Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, safety concerns, or other circumstances outside our control, we may cancel the delivery. Refunds are not guaranteed for perishable goods except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Refunds and Consumer Guarantees
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted except when requested by us or where required by Australian Consumer Law.
If there is an issue with your order (including missing, incorrect, or damaged items), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide relevant details.
Where applicable, we may offer a refund, credit, or replacement in accordance with your statutory consumer guarantees.
8. Promotions and Discounts
Promotions and discount offers:
• apply only in accordance with their stated terms
• may be limited to one per customer or household
• are not redeemable for cash
We may cancel promotions or benefits where misuse or abuse is reasonably suspected.
9. Health, Nutrition, and Allergen Information
Information provided through the Services is general in nature and does not constitute medical or dietary advice.
You are responsible for:
• reviewing ingredient and allergen information
• determining whether products are suitable for your needs
• seeking professional advice for medical or dietary conditions
While we take reasonable care to provide accurate information, recipes and ingredients may change. Meals may contain or come into contact with common allergens, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

All content on the Services, including text, images, videos, branding, designs, and software, is owned by or licensed to Lite n’ Easy and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
11. User Content
If you submit reviews, feedback, images, or other content, you:
• warrant that you have the right to submit it
• grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for operational and marketing purposes
• agree the content will not be unlawful, misleading, or offensive
We may remove User Content at our discretion.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

• our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

You agree to indemnify Lite n’ Easy against any loss, damage, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
