From 1 November 2025, the Australian Government’s new Support at Home (SaH) program replaces Home Care Packages (HCP). This change is designed to make it easier for older Australians to access the services they need to stay healthy, safe and independent at home.

Our My Choice range was created specifically for older Australians with smaller appetites. Each dinner is dietitian designed and chef‑prepared, providing the right amount of protein, most meals contain at least 25 grams, in a portion size that doesn’t feel overwhelming to finish. We also offer soups and desserts to make mealtimes enjoyable and stress free.

How Support at Home can help with meal costs

If you receive Support at Home funding, Lite n’ Easy’s meals can be delivered to your door with up to 70% of the meal preparation and delivery cost covered by your package - you simply pay the difference. This makes it easier and more affordable to enjoy healthy, ready‑to-eat meals without the burden of cooking or shopping.
