The program serves us well whether for its providing a convenience in our busy lives or helping to shift some excess kilos when we are travelling and eating too much.
Having our meals delivered since 2008, helped us navigate two busy work schedules plus a home-based family business which was 7 days a week.
During Covid I was eating too much home-delivery food and not exercising regularly. I had tried a few fad diets in the past, but it seemed more logical to turn to Lite n’ Easy.
So, I simply replaced my existing 5 Day Meal Plan order with a full 7 Day Meal Plan and committed to sticking to the meals provided a little more seriously. I didn’t want to have to think too hard about the process, just get on with it.
I also tried the Jump Start meal plan, to test the fasting theory, and was surprised it was not that ‘painful’. I felt a little hunger here and there but that was OK.
Within a month I was feeling better and then exceeded my target by about 5 kilos effortlessly by sticking to the program.
We are still ordering for convenience and this new routine is proving easy to maintain my weight loss whilst enjoying the extra energy I now have. I am moving more, walking my dogs, and feeling so much better.
