Arielle was the first one to get onto Lite n’ Easy when she was preparing to head into Year 12 in 2016.  She successfully lost 22 kilos in 6 months and really set herself up to be at her best for her studies and all the special events that would culmimate in her graduation.

Up until 18 months ago I had been the same weight for 10 years. I am a group fitness instructor who is very active and eats well. But I went through menopause early and as a result gained 10 kilos!

I tried upping my exercise which was hard as I exercise 5 days out of 7 and I cut back on treats, but the weight refused to budge. Following Arielle’s success with Lite n’ Easy I decided to give it a go for myself.

I went with the 1200 Calorie Meal Plan and the weight loss started right away. One kilo per week consistently and 12 weeks later I was 12 kilos down and reached my goal. Simple!

Fast forward to the end of 2020, Arielle has just graduated university, we have endured a global pandemic with an extended lock down in Melbourne and we are delighted to report we are both still going strong.

In fact, I have managed to lose another 4 kilos by keeping up with my Lite n’ Easy and exercise routine during lock down.

Working out at home and keeping active has really helped both of us to stay positive at this time. We still enjoy the convenience and taste of the meals so much so that we just stay with the program.

I had all but given up hope of returning to my athletic figure of my early 40’s, so I am beyond thrilled to know with Lite n’ Easy and my regular exercise routine I can continue to look and feel fit beyond my years.
