I was feeling really down and not confident within myself and after a blood test which revealed high cholesterol, my doctor suggested I should try eating healthier.
In the past I had tried lots of ways to lose weight including Tiffany Hall, You Foodz and Optislim but nothing ever seemed to stick, because I never understood the basics. I always struggled with portion sizes and calories counting until Lite n’ Easy, which was the first thing that educated me about eating healthy.
I decided to try the Jump Start program and the structure of the meal plan really helped me. Having all my breakfasts, lunches and dinners set out, with the App there to see my menu, made it very easy to stick to. The food was good, and I never felt like I needed extra food. Zero.
The App kept me accountable and made it so easy that I had zero excuses to give up. Having the app made me look forward to weekly weigh ins because I could see how well I was doing, which gave me motivation for the next week!
All my friends and family started noticing my weight loss and 5 people I know have started Lite n’ Easy since I told them how well it worked for me. Losing weight and eating more healthily has made me more confident. I am back exercising, hiking, playing soccer and riding my bike and generally enjoying life.
