Ticking off his “Bucket List” at 90!

Over the past few years, I had started putting on weight, not much, but I didn’t want it to get out of control.  I’d heard my friends talking about Lite n’ Easy at the gym, which I go to four times a week, and it sounded great.

With Lite n’ Easy I lost the four kilos I put on in just four weeks and it’s helped to keep my weight stable. Lite n’ Easy meals give me the delicious nutritional value I need to maintain my active lifestyle.

I celebrated my 90th Birthday in November 2020 and was selected as the gym’s “Member of the Month”.

I have recently completed my third skydive from 14,000 Feet, with other recent activities, including, but not limited to, Aerobatic Flights at Aldinga Airfield, Glider Flight at Waikerie and Adelaide Oval Roof Climb. My future goals have been compiled into a “Bucket List” and as each item is checked off, I like to share my adventures with my family and friends on You Tube.

Lite n’ Easy had made my lifestyle very easy.

I don’t have to shop for vegetables and cook meals which gives me more time to relax. I don’t have to worry about what to cook anymore or whether I’ve got the right ingredients.

It works out cheaper for me too. I spent more in the supermarket buying vegetables and then ended up throwing half of them out, so this is much better for me overall.

The food is fantastic and there’s a tremendous variety.

There are hundreds of meals to choose from. I try different ones all the time. The Butter Chicken and the Pulled Texas Barbecue Lamb are a couple of my favourites

I will definitely keep getting Lite n’ Easy to maintain my weight because I just feel healthier. My health is great, and my family are happy that I’m getting the right nutrition and looking after myself.
