Before Lite n’ Easy I had lost some weight on my own (10 kilos). But I had plateaued and kind of gave up because it was hard trying to figure out what to cook and what to eat every day, to help me lose weight. I was always stressing about it.

My Dad had lost quite a bit of weight with Lite n’ Easy, so I wanted to try it out for myself.

I thought that Lite n’ Easy would be perfect, with someone to cook the meals and track my calories for me. All I had to do was microwave it or put it together. I ordered the 1500 Calorie Meal Plan and then went down to 1200 plan pretty quickly.

The food variety is amazing. There’s always an option I love, and I find it hard trying to choose just 7 dinners each week.

My favourite dinner is the Everyday Christmas Dinner, and my lunches are usually the burgers.

Convenience was a big factor for choosing Lite n’ Easy.

I needed something that was easy when I got home from work and the gym. Also being able to take the lunches to work and have them ready in a couple of minutes, makes it much easier during my busy days.

The cost of Lite n’ Easy is very affordable for what you get.  I always think you’re paying for a service as well as a well-cooked meal.

Being on Lite n’ Easy I have lost 15 kilos in 7 months. Before that I had lost 10 kilos in 2 years on my own, so overall now I have lost around 25 kilos.

Life has changed so much for me since being on Lite n’ Easy.

I’m always busy and very focused my work. I love going out with friends, whether that be shopping or doing activities. I love going to the gym in my spare time to maintain my fitness and release stress.

I have so much more energy, feel more confident in myself and just feel more motivated to achieve my goals.
